Adipurush first appearance: Prabhas transforms into Lord Ram and demonstrates his martial nature

Adipurush, a film directed by Om Raut, was unveiled for the first time on Friday morning. Prabhas uploaded the film’s posters to his Instagram account in English, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, and Kannada. On the poster, Prabhas was depicted seated on one knee, gazing upwards while holding a bow and arrow.

For his part, the actor was seen wearing a waistcoat and dhoti with his hair tied back. In the background, the sky was observed to be on fire. According to rumors, Prabhas would portray Ram in the film, and the first image of the character reveals his warrior nature.

Sharing the first look, he captioned the image, “|| Aarambh (Beginning) || Join us as we go on a magnificent adventure on the Sarayu River Bank in Ayodhya, UP.

Also starring in the film are Kriti Sanon, Saif Ali Khan, and Sunny Singh. Sunny will reportedly portray Lakshman in the flick. In the upcoming film, Kriti will play the role of Sita and Saif Ali Khan will play the role of Raavan.

The film’s teaser and a poster will be presented on the banks of the Sarayu River in Ayodhya on October 2. The forthcoming mythological film Adipurush is based on the epic Ramayana and depicts the triumph of good over evil.

Adipurush is scheduled for release in IMAX and 3D on January 12, 2023. The production of the film began in February. The film will be released in Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, and Kannada and was produced by Bhushan Kumar, Om, Prasad Sutar, and Rajesh Nair.

In a recent interview with Bollywood Hungama, Kriti said about Prabhas, “I would love to work with him again, I had a lovely experience working with him…aside from food, something unique about him… I think he has some crazy purity in his eyes.
