Kapil Sharma

Actor-comedian Kapil Sharma, renowned for his impeccable comic timing, may have gained fame through humorous antics and chat shows, but he is also a popular singer. The host of The Kapil Sharma Show often hums or sings a few lines during the show, giving us a glimpse of his talent. While we have seen him demonstrate his humorous side on stage numerous times, this time we got to see his singing side. He shared the stage with such music industry luminaries as Hariharan and Shankar Mahadevan.

Kapil Sharma posted a video of himself singing a few lines while accompanying Hariharan on stage on Instagram. The comedian even asked the singer, “Why haven’t you gotten married yet? You did not recall me when you needed someone to sing. Responding to him, singer-musician Shankar Mahadevan added, “Kapil is a khatarnak singer” After hearing his comment, Kapil replied to it in his quirky style adding, “Itna jaama kar ke rakha tha, saara aaj yahin nikaal diya. (I had been conserving my energy, but today I used it all up.)”

This video was accompanied by the caption, “Such an honor to share the stage with living legends.” @singerhariharana Sahab n @shankar.mahadevan sir.
