Karan Johar has signed Sidharth Malhotra and Kiara Advani to a three-film deal

Sidharth Malhotra and Kiara Advani’s wedding has been one of Bollywood’s most anticipated for the past week, as reported in the press. Fans of the Shershaah couple could not stop raving over the wedding images and videos that went popular on social networking sites. Karan Johar, who has a close relationship with the bride and groom, has attended all of their ceremonies, including their Mumbai reception. Recent sources say that the newlyweds have signed a contract with the production company, given that they are also Dharma-house artists.

Sidharth Malhotra and Kiara Advani, if recent rumours are accurate, have signed a three-film agreement with Dharma Productions. Although neither the performers nor the producers have confirmed it, rumour has it that the couple will appear together in musical romantic comedies. Sidharth and Kiara have only co-starred in one film, Shershaah, which was inspired by the life of military hero Vikram Batra.

Readers are aware that Karan Johar has acted as a mentor for the couple, who have collaborated with him since the beginning of their Bollywood careers. While Kiara rose to prominence with Karan Johar’s anthology film Lust Stories, Siddharth Malhotra made his Bollywood debut with Johar’s Student Of The Year. Interestingly, during the promotion of Jugjugg Jeeyo, Karan also referred to Kiara as Dharma’s “lucky mascot.”

On the professional front, Sidharth Malhotra is anticipated to appear in Yodha, which is also produced by Dharma Productions. It is anticipated to be an action comedy starring Disha Patani and Raashii Khanna. Regarding Kiara, the actress will soon be featured in the multilingual film RC15 starring Ram Charan. In addition, she has the upcoming romantic drama Satyaprem Ki Katha starring Kartik Aaryan.
