Kim Kardashian is never one to say no to a black-tie event. On Nov. 11, the SKIMS founder, 41, wore a black Balenciaga ballgown with an exposed cutout in the middle of her breast and a long, billowing skirt to her BFF Paris Hilton’s wedding to Carter Reum.

To complete her monochrome ensemble, she added black boots, black hoop earrings, and a neat braided ponytail with dramatic smokey eyeliner.
