Poonam Pandey on Raj Kundra arrest: My heart goes out to Shilpa Shetty

Poonam Pandey, a Bollywood actress, spoke out about Raj Kundra, Shilpa Shetty’s husband, being arrested by the Mumbai Police in a pornography-related case. “At this time, my heart goes out to Shilpa Shetty and her children,” she said. I can’t fathom how difficult that must be for her. As a result, I refuse to use this chance to draw attention to my trauma.”

“The only thing I’ll say is that in 2019, I made a police report against Raj Kundra and then filed a lawsuit against him in the honorable high court of Bombay for fraud and theft. Because this is a pending case, I’d rather keep my comments to a minimum. In addition, I have complete trust in our police and the legal process,” she continued, referring to Poonam’s criminal case against Raj Kundra and his colleagues.

Poonam had already approached the Bombay High Court to launch a criminal case against Kundra and his accomplices, who worked on the app with her.

While Kundra told SeetaGeeta that he left the firm (that handled the app) in December 2019, Poonam stated that “in March 2019, I partnered with the company for an app named after myself.” We had agreed that I would receive a specific amount of the money produced by the software. However, I saw certain inconsistencies in revenue splitting and chose to end the arrangement. I also informed them about the same via email. Since then, all hell has broken loose. They keep uploading my photos and videos to the app.

They also released my personal phone number, along with messages like ‘Call me now as I am available to speak’ and ‘Call me now. On the app, say, ‘Let’s speak, and I’ll undress for you.’ Following that, I began receiving calls from all over the country, in the hundreds, at strange hours, requesting explicit services. People began to email me obscene photographs and videos. I even left the nation for three months in the hopes that things would normalize on their own. However, as soon as I returned home, I was bombarded with calls and nasty texts. I used to get phone calls when all I could hear was heavy breathing on the other end. These callers claim to be familiar with my home location.

I changed my phone number, but after I messaged Saurabh Kushwah (an app business partner and one of the accused) from my new number, requesting him to stop uploading my photos and videos to the app, I began receiving calls and messages on that number as well.”

“I had invested in a business called Armsprime Media last year, which creates applications for celebrities,” Raj Kundra previously told SeetaGeeta. “I am not aware of the petition as I departed the enterprise in December 2019 with a sale to the present shareholders.”

Raj Kundra appeared before the Property Cell of Mumbai Police’s Crime Branch on Tuesday and was also brought for medical examination at JJ hospital by the Property Cell of Mumbai Police’s Crime Branch in the early hours of Tuesday, according to the latest developments. He was then brought to the Mumbai Police Commissioner’s office, where he will appear in court.

Raj Kundra was detained on Monday in connection with an alleged pornography case that has been under investigation since February. After the property cell discovered the participation of a UK production firm, Kenrin, whose executive, Umesh Kamat, was detained by the police, Raj Kundra’s name was added to the investigation.

He was a former Raj Kundra employee who was suspected of posting at least eight “pornographic and filthy” films recorded by Gehna Vasisth to a social networking app for monetary gain.
