Priyanka Chopra does bhangra to live dhol and throws a party for her manager at her LA home.

On Monday, Priyanka Chopra hosted a party at her home, during which she demonstrated some bhangra moves to dhol played by folk artists.

Priyanka Chopra loves to incorporate her Indian heritage into everything she does. On Monday, the actor hosted a birthday party for her manager Anjula Acharia at her Los Angeles home, complete with dhol musicians. Her husband Nick Jonas joined Priyanka and her team for dinner and had a great time at the party.

Priyanka dressed up in a green jumpsuit and decorated her lawn for the party. A large cutout of Anjula’s name, along with lights, was also placed in the open. Priyanka posted a video to her Instagram Stories showing her exiting the room with a two-tier cake. As she places the cake on the table, she and her manager break into bhangra, with dhol artists performing live for them. Nick observes the two of them as they perform some bhangra.

Another video shows Priyanka and Nick at the dinner table, with Anjula and other team members joining them.

Anjula also shared photos from the party and thanked the actor for them. “Can’t thank you @priyankachopra enough for this amazing celebration,” she wrote, alongside a photo of herself on the lawn with Priyanka. In another post, she tagged Nick and Priyanka and wrote, “Best birthday thank you.” She also wrote, “Who doesn’t love seeing their name in lights!?!?” It’s even more impressive when it’s done by a celebrity, like @priyankachopra.”. This was my favorite part of the wonderful evening you planned for me. Oh my goodness, babe! I’m completely blown away by what you do and how you do it:) #blessed #grateful.”

Citadel, Priyanka’s first web series, is currently in production. She has been posting pictures of her ‘injured’ look from the sets on Instagram regularly. She also showed off her customized car, which Nick had given her for easy transportation on set. On Sunday, Priyanka also accompanies their husband Nick to his softball game. The two were spotted at the game once more.

In January, Nick and Priyanka welcomed their first child, a baby girl, via surrogacy. After spending more than three months in the NICU, the couple brought the child home. Her full name is Malti Marie Chopra Jonas.
