Rakul Preet and Ayushmann Khurrana shooting in Pragyaraj

Rakul Preet Singh and Ayushmann Khurrana are really enthusiastic about her next flick Doctor G. This project contains many firsts for the actress, and she is ecstatic about it. Rakul Preet will be working with Ayushmann Khurrana for the first time, as well as visiting Pragyaraj. Today, she tells SeetaGeeta about her experiences on both and expresses her delight.

Rakul Preet Singh, who portrays a medical student in the film, was awestruck while filming on university grounds and structures. She told SeetaGeeta that the location had an old-world charm and was beautiful. “We’re in a bio-bubble, so as much as I want to look around and see the city, I can’t right now,” she remarked of the filming, which took place during the pandemic. We’ve taken every precaution we can think of. We get tested every few days, put on masks, and clean the sets on a regular basis.”

She does, however, want to take a tour of the city and see a few historical places as well as sample some of the delicious food served by local vendors. “I’ve just had a brief glimpse of the situation of UP. I’d want to go sightseeing in Prayagraj and the surrounding historical sites. Varanasi is also a few hours distant, and I’ll need at least a day to see it. However, we are now operating in a bio-bubble. So, even if I had a day off, I’m not sure I want to go somewhere crowded.”

She adds it’s a blast working with Ayushmann Khurrana and Shefali Shah for the first time. “It’s a lot of fun working with Ayushmann. He is Punjabi and I am a Sardarni. We’re both foodies who appreciate a specific kind of comedy that comes from our home state. We’re always cracking Punjabi slapstick jokes. Of course, he’s a consummate pro who enjoys improvising his scenes.” The actress is full of appreciation for his work and claims that he is quick to catch up on the improvisations that his co-stars make. She compliments Shefali Shah on her spontaneity and talent as an actor.

Rakul will also appear in Ajay Devgn’s Mayday, a comedy caper Thank God, and Mission Cinderella, in addition to Doctor G.
