Following a week-long vacation in his ancestral home in Pataudi, Kareena Kapoor and Saif Ali Khan have returned to Mumbai. Sunday evening, Kareena and Saif landed at the Mumbai airport with their two boys, Taimur Ali Khan, and Jehangir Ali Khan. The family had been on vacation in Haryana’s Pataudi Palace.

the family is seen arriving together at the airport and rushing to their car. Saif Ali Khan, wearing a blue kurta and white pajamas, led the group, while Kareena, wearing zebra-print top and red track trousers, trailed after.

At one point, as Taimur began to slip away, Kareena gripped his hands and walked with him. Jehangir was being held by his nanny as he observed the paparazzi taking pictures of him. Taimur and Jeh were wearing identical blue T-shirts. Taimur ran to Saif’s lap in the front seat as soon as they reached their car, while Kareena sat next to Jeh in the rear and patted his head. As they exited the airport, Saif gave the camera a wave.

Kareena had been posting vacation photos to her Instagram account. She posted a video of herself and Saif playing badminton in the palace with the description, “Some Monday sport with the husband… not terrible.” She also uploaded photographs of Taimur harvesting vegetables at a farm. She captioned a sequence of photographs in which Taimur appeared to be busy picking radishes, “Garam garam mooli ke parathe (radishes-filled parathas) with ghee for lunch.”

She also posted a series of T-shirt-clad photographs in which she posed without makeup. She provided captions, “Clearly not a Yale alum… simply posing and pouting in the t-shirt. #WednesdayWisdom.”

Kareena was last seen on screen in Laal Singh Chaddha, which she did with Aamir Khan. The Forrest Gump remake starring Tom Hanks was released in theatres on August 11. She will next be seen in the adaption of The Devotion of Suspect X by Sujoy Ghosh. The Netflix project marks her first OTT appearance. Saif is now prepping for the release of the film Vikram Vedha, in which he co-stars with Hrithik Roshan, Radhika Apte, and Rohit Saraf.
