Shehnaaz Gill says she was made fun of for the way she looked on Bigg Boss

Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan, which came out for Eid, was Shehnaaz Gill’s first movie in Bollywood. The actor met the film’s star and director, Salman Khan, for the first time in 2019 when she was a contestant on Bigg Boss 13. Shehnaaz Gill has changed a lot since then. She has lost weight and changed the way she dresses. The star said that she made this choice on purpose because she thought about all the bad things people said about her after she was on Bigg Boss.

The winner of Bigg Boss 13 was the late actor Siddharth Shukla, and the first runner-up was the model Asim Riaz. Shehnaaz finished third, which made her the second runner-up. After her first movie, Sat Shri Akaal England (2017), the star was already known for her work in Punjabi movies. Shehnaaz has become a style star since she was on Bigg Boss. She just won an award for being the Most Stylish Trailblazer.

Shehnaaz Gill talked to Press Trust of India (PTI) about how she worked to get better. The transformation was the result of her own efforts, she added. When someone gave me good advice, I did what they said and got better. I lost weight because I would hear a lot of negative comments about my weight on “Bigg Boss.” People thought I could only wear salwar-suits, so I changed my style. I broke all of these fixed ideas, and I would keep doing so in the future.”

The actor is also the host of Desi Vibes With Shehnaaz Gil, a talk show on YouTube. Yo Yo Honey Singh, who sings and raps, was her last guest. Along with Shehnaaz, Palak Tiwari and Vinali Bhatnagar also made their starts in Salman’s Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan. Shehnaaz has also finished filming on a movie with no name that was made by Rhea Kapoor.

Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan, which was produced by Farhad Samji, made 41.56 crore in just two days over the Eid holiday weekend. It’s been four years since the last Salman movie came out on Eid. Bharat, which came out in theaters in 2019, was his last Eid movie.
