Sonal Chauhan is inspired by Sairat to appear in a Marathi film
Sonal Chauhan, who has appeared in Kannada, Telugu, Tamil, and Hindi films, expressed interest in Marathi films during a recent work visit to Pune.
When actor Sonal Chauhan visits Pune, she always has a “great time.” “Pune is vibrant and thumping, and the people are humble, polite, and generous,” Chauhan says. During a recent work trip to Pune, the 35-year-old actress, who has appeared in Kannada, Telugu, Tamil, and Hindi films, expressed an interest in Marathi films as well.
The actor said, “Marathi filmmakers have reached out to me more than once, but I’m waiting for the right chance to come along.” I’ve always had an interest in learning about cinema from other countries and cultures. and Marathi is one of them. As soon as I get the perfect story, I will do a Marathi film,” says Chauhan.
“I’ve seen a few Marathi films,” she adds. Sairat (2016), in particular, is one of my favorite films, and it inspired me to work in Marathi cinema.”
When it comes to the city, Pune’s “beautiful weather and clear blue skies” have a special place in the actor’s heart. While in the vicinity of Mumbai, a brief getaway to Pune is a terrific idea. At the same time, it has a lot of rural charm. of chilled, relaxed life. The drive from Mumbai to Pune is scenic and beautiful. I have fond memories of visiting the city with my friends a couple of times. We would eat Maggi at roadside stalls. “It was lovely,” Chauhan concludes.
