Tiger Shroff’s mother, Ayesha Shroff, took to social media on Tuesday to share some rare photos of her father, Ranjan Dutt. She also revealed that her father fought in WWII.

Shroff captioned the photos she posted on Instagram, “Tiger’s grandfather training to fly Tiger Moths.” He was probably around 18 or 19 years old when he fought in World War II. True grit and true bravery. His India decorated him for his bravery. I am honored to be his daughter. “Jai Hind.”

Ranjan Dutt, Ayesha Shroff’s father, is seen with his fellow fighter pilots in the black and white photos.

Many friends from the film industry and fans flooded the comments section of Shroff’s post with messages as soon as he shared the photos. While Salil Acharya commented, “Wowwww,” Ahmed Khan’s wife Sharma added, “RESPECT.” “It’s in your blood, Ma’am.” “Warrior Mindset,” one fan wrote.

Ayesha Shroff remembered her father and shared a photo of him on Instagram a few weeks ago. The shot was accompanied by the statement, “Remembering my dad on this day.” I suppose I inherited some of his guts!! @apnabhidu, @tigerjackieshroff, and @kishushroff.”

Tiger Shroff previously stated on Arbaaz Khan’s celebrity talk show Pinch that he is proud of his roots. He explained, “My dad’s (Jacky Shroff) dad is Gujarati, and my dad’s mom is Turkmenistani. She is a Mongolian-Chinese Muslim.” “My dad’s dad is a Muslim.” My mother’s mother is French, and my father is Bengali, so I’m a mix of many things; I’m not sure what that makes me.”
