Varun Dhawan praises Atlee Kumar for the Bhediya trailer

Varun Dhawan debuted the eagerly anticipated trailer for the film Bhediya, starring Kriti Sanon. On October 19, the actor commemorated 10 years in the film industry by releasing the film’s trailer. Varun, Kriti, director Amar Kaushik, producer Dinesh Vijan, and actors Abhishek Banerjee and Deepak Dobriyal attended the launch ceremony in Mumbai. While the Hindi trailer was unveiled at a ceremony, Jawan director Atlee Kumar unveiled the Tamil version.

Atlee Kumar shared the trailer on Twitter on Wednesday evening, writing, “#BhediyaTrailer looks wonderful and engaging, fresh and mass. @Varun dvn sir, kids, and families are going to adore it. Mass entertainment is a sure thing; congrats to the entire crew.”

Varun Dhawan responded to the filmmaker by thanking him for his warm remarks. “Dear Sir Atlee, thank you very much for your kind words. Your friendship and counsel mean a great deal to me. Sending you a big hug.”

The trailer for Bhediya, produced by Jio Studios and Dinesh Vijan, was released in Hindi, Telugu, and Tamil. The film starring Varun Dhawan and Kriti Sanon is set in the enchanting jungles of Arunachal and follows the story of Bhaskar, a man who is bitten by a legendary wolf and begins to transform into a creature. As Bhaskar and his assortment of misfit friends search for answers, several twists turns, and laughs occur.

After Badlapur, Varun and Dinesh Vijan reunite in Bhediya. It is also the third film directed by Amar Kaushik for Jio Studios and Maddock Films, following the success of Stree and Bala.

Jio Studios and Dinesh Vijan are proud to offer Bhediya. A Maddock Films film, directed by Amar Kaushik, produced by Dinesh Vijan, and starring, among others, Varun Dhawan, Kriti Sanon, Deepak Dobriyal, and Abhishek Banerjee, will be released on November 25, 2022, in Hindi, Telugu, and Tamil in 2D and 3D across India.
