Sanjay Gupta, a filmmaker, posted a query regarding a moment in Aamir Khan’s Laal Singh Chaddha, and Aamir Khan’s followers quickly responded with replies.

The trailer for Aamir Khan’s Laal Singh Chaddha, which was much anticipated, was unveiled on May 29 and elicited a wide range of opinions. Sanjay Gupta, the director of Kaabil, Jazbaa, and Shootout at Lokhandwala, also responded to the teaser and had one critical question.

On Tuesday, Sanjay went to Twitter to post a shot from the teaser, which featured Aamir eating golgappa on a train. In the scene, Aamir adds, “Meri mummy kehti the ki Zindagi golgappe jaisi honda hai, pet bhale hi bar jaw, man nahi bharta.” He then consumes the golgappa.

Sanjay commented on the scenario, saying he wants to see the film to find out who was selling golgappas on a moving train. “One reason I’m itching to watch this film is who is selling Golgappas on a moving train,” he wrote.

However, Aamir’s admirers quickly provided him with many reasons for the scenario. Many people uploaded photos of golgappa booths at train stations, while others pointed out that golgappa combination packs can be ordered and that IRCTC has announced an e-catering option for it. Some speculated that Aamir’s character may have carried it with him.

Aamir plays the titular character in Laal Singh Chaddha, the official Hindi remake of Tom Hanks’ Academy Award-winning 1994 film Forrest Gump. Kareena Kapoor and Mona Singh also star in Laal Singh Chaddha. Naga Chaitanya makes her Bollywood debut. Advait Chandan directed the film, which was produced by Aamir Khan Productions and Kiran Rao and presented by Viacom18 Studios. The comedy-drama is set to hit theatres on August 11 of this year.
