Bigg Boss OTT 2: Bharti Singh and Krushna Abhishek host Weekend Ka Vaar without Salman Khan

In the absence of show host Salman Khan, comedian-actor Krushna Abhishek hosted the Weekend Ka Vaar episode of Bigg Boss OTT 2 on Saturday night, while comedian Bharti Singh hosted the Sunday show, which featured past candidates Sumbul Touqeer Khan, Nishant Bhat, and Shriya Pilgaonkar.

Although no housemates were evicted this week, there were several heated moments and verbal clashes among the competitors during the tasks assigned by the show’s host and guests.

Krushna planned a ‘Badi Badi Baatein Vada Pav Khaate’ challenge in which he exposed the housemates’ double standards. According to Krushna, the candidates made lofty promises when they entered the home but couldn’t keep them.

Falaq Naaz was the task’s initial target, and she was shown a tape from the first episode in which she promised to speak up against any abusive language used in the house. Krushna then asked the other competitors if Falaq had followed through on her words, but everyone denied it. As a result, Falaq was forced to consume vada pav made of bitter gourd.

The task’s next victim was Avinash Sachdev, who once again failed to demonstrate that his behaviours in the house were consistent with his claims in the ads. Except for Pooja Bhatt, Abhishek Malhan, and Bebika Dhurve, everyone got a vada pav since the house agreed that these three competitors delivered on their pledges.

Elvish Yadav and Aashika Bhatia, two wild card contestants, were challenged to emphasise their own positive traits that made them better than each other. As a result, Aashika burst into tears while defending her position in the house.

Later, the contestants were given the option of choosing between Aashika and Elvish as their personal assistant. Elvish won the most votes and was named personal assistant. Bharti, on the other hand, gifted Manisha Rani, the current captain of the house, with three veto cards, allowing her to overrule specific housemate demands. Elvish was later seen rubbing Abhishek’s legs as part of his duties. Bebika also requested that he clean her bed.

Nishant’s mission required housemates to give a glass of juice with a tag to other competitors. Pooja presented Elvish with a glass labelled ‘kadvi zubaan,’ resulting in a heated discussion. Manisha Rani and Bebika exchanged glasses with the labels ‘kadvi zubaan’ and ‘paltu’. Elvish gave Jiya three cups labelled “kadvi zubaan,” “boring,” and “ghamandi.” Aashika received the tags ‘boring’ and ‘kadvi zubaan’ from her. Meanwhile, Avinash received the ‘boring’ glass from Aashika, and Falaq handed Abhishek the ‘kadvi zubaan’ tag.

Shriya hosted a paper dance competition with four contestant pairs: Jiya and Abhishek, Falaq and Avinash, Jad and Manisha, and Elvish and Bebika. During the challenge, Abhishek and Jiya experienced some romantic moments while gracefully doing the paper dance, and they came out on top.
