Kangana Ranaut

Kangana Ranaut has tweeted once more on the box office performance of Ayan Mukerji’s Brahmastra. After asking for his followers to be imprisoned and casting doubt on film producers’ claims that the film was a success, Kangana published the most recent box office numbers for the film, claiming that they ‘proved’ the alleged lies being peddled by the team.

Kangana Ranaut shared a screenshot of a tweet from AndhraBoxOffice.com on Instagram. The tweet referred to the film’s worldwide box office gross of 246 crores against an estimated budget of 650 crores as a catastrophic failure. Kangana responded by writing, “The film has been declared the biggest hit at a measly 144 crore (cost: 650 cr). This is merely to put into context how the movie mafia operates. They determine which movies will be deemed a success and which will be deemed a failure, regardless of box office receipts or recovery. They pick whom to promote andwhomo to shun. Here they are on display.”

Regarding Kangana, her most recent releases have failed to generate sales. The most recent instance is Dhaakad, whose gigs had to canceled due to low attendance. Her upcoming role in the Emergency will be as the late former prime minister Indira Gandhi.
