Mira Rajput took a vacation to the Maldives with her husband Shahid Kapoor and their two children. She posted a stunning snapshot of herself on social media from the beach.

On October 13, Mira Rajput and Shahid Kapoor flew to the Maldives with their children. The pair has already posted postcard-worthy images from their exotic vacation spot. Mira seemed to be escaping the Monday blues by going to the beach. She posted a beautiful snapshot of herself on Instagram and captioned it, “Beach Bum.” I haven’t been able to get off it since (sic).”

Mira Rajput continues to post photos and videos from her daily yoga sessions. She continued to practice yoga even when on vacation in the Maldives. “Flow,” she wrote with a video of herself performing yoga on the beach. Yoga does not need to be flawless. It doesn’t have to be a certain pattern or a specific amount of reps. It’s all about getting in touch with your body, via your body, and with nature. It’s also not necessary for your physique to be flawless. “Balance is what I try to achieve (sic).”

“Sometimes I prefer to go with the flow and find out my own set of moves, remaining in them for what FEELS nice,” she continued. It is through this connection and intuition that one may recover.

This was a Surya Namaskar series I did just after sunrise, and I felt so energized. We hear about saluting the Sun, but this time I felt the energy. Bare feet, grounded in the sand and the sound of the waves. Somewhere, in between inhale and exhale, you’ll find yourself. This is Yoga (sic).”

On the work front, Shahid Kapoor will be seen next in Jersey. The sports drama also stars Mrunal Thakur and is all set to release in theatres on December 31, 2021.
