Rajinikanth comes home after a health check-up in the US as ‘Thalaivar.’

Rajinikanth has a huge fan base all throughout the country, and fans line up for hours to catch a glimpse of their ‘Thalaivar.’ Rajinikanth and his family flew to the United States for a health checkup last month, and photos from the Chennai airport went viral. Fans were spotted cheering for the actor at the airport as he returned home following a month-long stay.

In a viral video, Rajinikanth is seen going through a thicket of security while supporters shout “Thalaivar.” As he got home, Rajinikanth was seen wearing a plain blue shirt and denim. With folded hands, the actor thanked his followers for their support. Rajinikanth was observed leaving a medical institution with his wife Aishwarya Dhanush while in the United States. Dhanush, Rajinikanth’s son-in-law, and actor, was also with them in the United States, where he was filming his Hollywood feature. He had received both doses of the COVID-19 vaccination before flying to the United States for his health check-up. On Twitter, lyricist Vairamuthu had already given an update on Rajinikanth’s medical checkup.

He had provided information of his phone conversation with Rajinikanth, saying that Thalaivar’s medical check-up went well and that he sounded confident and healthy.

Rajinikanth is likely to begin work on his forthcoming Telugu drama ‘Annaatthe’ in the near future. He has to dub for the film, which is set to be released on November 4th, which coincides with the Diwali holiday. ‘Annaatthe,’ directed by Siruthai Siva, also stars Nayanthara, Keerthy Suresh, Khusbu, Meena, Soori, Sathish, and others in key parts.
