Aditya Dhar and Vicky Kaushal’s ‘Ashwatthama’ shoot delayed!

Vicky Kaushal and Aditya Dhar, the superhit actor-director combination, have reunited for ‘The Immortal Ashwatthama.’ The pair had planned to begin filming for their sci-fi picture earlier this year, but the epidemic forced them to postpone their plans. Now the crew was supposed to start filming in Europe, but their timetable has been pushed back once further. According to a news source, the team has struggled to get visa approval, which has caused them to postpone their intentions to film in Europe. ‘The Immortal Ashwatthama’ was supposed to premiere in July, but it will instead premiere in mid-August, according to reports.

Vicky Kaushal and the whole unit of ‘The Immortal Ashwatthama’ are set to join Aditya Dhar in Europe for a recce in August. This show will be a modern-day version of Ashwatthama’s trip, incorporating elements of mythology and science fiction. Vicky Kaushal and Aditya Dhar previously collaborated on the film ‘Uri: The Surgical Strike.’

Aditya Dhar made headlines in June of this year for his secret wedding to Yami Gautam. “Today, we tied the knot in a small wedding ceremony with the blessings of our family. We celebrated this joyful event with our close family because we are extremely private individuals. “As we start on this journey of love and friendship, we ask for all of your prayers and best wishes,” the pair said in a post on social media. Yami recently informed SeetaGeeta about their connection, saying, “We started interacting while we worked on Uri: The Surgical Strike together.” During the film’s marketing, we started communicating and became friends. That was the beginning of our relationship.”

Vicky is expected to begin shooting the picture between mid-August and late August, following the completion of Mr. Lele.” The director has spent the last six months polishing the storyboard in order to guarantee that the “part mythical, half sci-fi” production runs smoothly from start to end.

Dhar and the production crew were contacted by mid-day but did not answer until after press time.
