The release date for the Ranna Ch Dhanna film starring Diljit Dosanjh, Sonam Bajwa, and Shehnaaz Gill has been set
After ‘Babe Bhangra Paunde Ne,’ Diljit Dosanjh’s upcoming film Ranna Ch Dhanna is poised to entertain moviegoers. In addition to Sonam Bajwa and Shehnaaz Gill in the leading roles, the Punjabi film is scheduled to reach theatres in 2019. The film, directed by Amarjit Singh Saron, will debut on October 2, 2024. Shehnaaz shared the film’s poster on social media and wrote, “Ishq ne ghalib nikamma kar diya varna cheez toh hum thay kaam ki, #RannaChDhanna movie releasing in theatres worldwide on October 2, 2024!!!”
The animated movie poster features Diljit, Sonam, Shehnaaz, and other ladies. Prior to Ranna Ch Dhanna, the triumvirate appeared in another Punjabi romantic comedy titled “Honsla Rakh.”
Aside from this, it is probable that the Punjabi singer and actor Diljit will collaborate with the Australian singer Sia, whose hits include Cheap Thrills, Move Your Body, etc. In a series of photographs released by Diljit, he can be seen greeting the Cheap Thrills vocalist with a warm embrace and a beaming grin. In addition to Sia, American record producer Greg Kurstin, who has worked with artists such as Paul McCartney and Harry Styles, was seen posing with the Punjabi vocalist in one of the photos.
Along with sharing the post, he wrote “Unstoppable vibe Sia” in the caption. There are rumours that the trio will collaborate on a new composition, although the purpose of the meeting has not been disclosed. Speaking of the film, Diljit Dosanjh and Parineeti Chopra will be seen in ‘Chamkila’ together. Imtiaz Ali’s film will premiere on Netflix in 2024. Additionally, he has ‘The Crew’ with Kareena Kapoor, Tabu, and Kriti Sanon.
Sonam Bajwa was last seen in ‘Carry On Jatta 3’ alongside Gippy Grewal in the principal role. In addition, Shehnaaz will star in the film Thank You For Coming. Karan Boolani directed the film, which also stars Bhumi Pednekar, internet sensations Kusha Kapila, Dolly Singh, and Shibani Bedi, and was supported by Rhea Kapoor, Anil Kapoor, Ekta Kapoor, and Shobha Kapoor. The film is scheduled to premiere on October 6 of this year.
