Abhishek Bachchan imitates his father Amitabh
In response to a football-related question on season 15 of Kaun Banega Crorepati, Abhishek Bachchan disclosed that he and his father Amitabh Bachchan are avid Chelsea fans. Junior B stated that his father provides an even greater play-by-play of the game than the original commentators. The Dasvi actor described how Big B would begin conversations with players by saying, “Hey, pass the ball like this, he’s a terrible player”.
Junior Bachchan even sat in senior Bachchan’s seat, whereas senior Bachchan opted to remain between Saiyami Kher and R Balki. Abhishek even began to tease the Jhund actor by misleading him into selecting the actual Paa in their 2009 film Paa. Big B began to complain about how Abhishek is not playing the game appropriately, while Abhishek responded that the game is now his and the rules are his. We also see Saiyami expressing her gratitude to Mr. Bachchan, as she describes her visit to KBC as the most special moment of her life, and her apprehension as she stands in front of the megastar himself. She even mentioned that her grandmother from Rewa has been a longtime viewer of the programme due to her admiration for Mr. Bachchan.
Team Ghoomer participated in the reality programme quiz game to support a charity and raise funds for para-athletes. Later on, Shabana Azmi joins the team and poses a unique query to the audience. The cast manages to win Rs. 12,500,000, effectively concluding the day’s game.
