Nawazuddin Siddiqui to star in Kangana’s production Tiku Weds Sheru

It’s official! Nawazuddin Siddiqui will soon begin filming Tiku Weds Sheru, Kangana Ranaut’s first film. Kangana’s production house, Manikarnika Films, verified the news by sharing Nawaz’s photo and announcing his involvement in the project. Kangana also posted Nawaz’s photo and congratulated him on joining the team.

Manikarnika Returns: The Legend of Didda, Kangana’s second project, has been in difficulty. A case of copyright violation was registered against Kangana regarding the film. But this didn’t stop Kangana. The actress is now busy with the preparations of Tiku Weds Sheru.

Announcing Nawaz’s participation in the film, Manikarnika Films stated, “The finest actor of our age joins team Tiku weds Sheru. We’re ecstatic to have discovered our Lion #TikuwedsSheru, and filming will begin shortly (sic).”

TIKU WEDS SHERU’S BACKGROUND
Kangana wanted to create this film with Irrfan Khan, according to reports. After his death, however, she chose to put Nawaz in the part. Kangana Ranaut’s first film after launching her production business in 2020 is Tiku Weds Sheru. With this film, Kangana will also make her digital debut. In a previous interview, she remarked about the same thing: “Manikarnika Films is making its internet debut with Tiku Weds Sheru. It’s a love story as well as a harsh satire. We’ll do more edgy, new-age, and specialized material on the web.”

Nawaz also has Jogira Sara Ra Ra in the works, in addition to Tiku Weds Sheru. Neha Sharma plays the leading lady in the film. On the other hand, Kangana is presently filming Dhaakad alongside Arjun Rampal. She’s also working on Thalaivi, Ronnie Screwvala’s Tejas, and Emergency.
