Salman Khan condolences on the death of CDS General Bipin Rawat.

The terrible death of General Bipin Rawat has devastated the country. General Bipin Rawat and 12 others, including his wife Madhulika, died in a helicopter accident in Tamil Nadu’s Coonoor on Wednesday, December 8. There were a total of 14 persons on board, with only one surviving. Group Captain Varun Singh, who survived the collision, is currently receiving medical attention. On Twitter, Salman Khan has expressed his condolences for the loss of General Bipin Rawat. The actor left a heartfelt message for him and the others who died.

On social media, several Bollywood celebs expressed their condolences for Bipin Rawat’s death. Salman Khan also expressed his condolences, writing, “Very sad to learn about the horrific crash in which we have lost Gen Bipin Rawat, his wife, and other Armed Forces members.”My thoughts my prayers and condolences are with the bereaved families (sic).”

CHOPPER OF GEN BIPIN RAWAT CRASHES IN TAMIL NADU
General Bipin Rawat was on his way from the Indian Air Force installation in Sulur, near Coimbatore, to the Defence Staff College in Wellington. He took an aircraft from Delhi to Sulur with eight others earlier on Wednesday. Images from the crash scene of an Indian Air Force chopper showed enormous flames and villagers assisting with urgent rescue attempts. Several search and rescue teams, including local military officials, arrived at the scene.

In 2019, General Bipin Rawat became the first person in the Indian armed forces to assume the position of Chief of Defence Staff (CDS). The position was formed as part of the government’s efforts to rebuild India’s armed forces in order to address modern challenges.
