Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone will film ‘Pathan’ in Mallorca

On October 7, Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone will go to Mallorca for a song shoot, kicking off their first overseas schedule.

Director Siddharth Anand, along with the rest of the cast and crew, will allegedly go to the Spanish island city to film a love song starring Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone.

According to a source in a news outlet, the crew will begin filming on October 10 in Mallorca before going on to Cadiz, a city rich in historical landmarks. They’ll also shoot at Cádiz’s hilltop village of Vejer de la Frontera, according to reports.

The creators of the film chose these locations for the love track since they have seldom been explored in Hindi cinema, according to the newspaper. They’re also leaving no stone untouched because this is Shah Rukh’s comeback to the big screen after a long hiatus.

In addition to filming the romance track, the filmmakers are expected to shoot some action and combative sequences throughout the film’s 20-day timeline. The majority of ‘Pathan’ was shot in Mumbai with SRK and Deepika Padukone.

The film will also have John Abraham in the major role, in addition to Deepika and SRK. This is the first time John has been onscreen alongside King Khan. Salman Khan’s iconic ‘Tiger’ persona is also said to be appearing in the film for a special appearance, according to reports. The ‘Dabangg’ actor is said to be assisting SRK in taking down the bad guys in the flick.

SRK and Deepika will be presented in a never seen before manner in this big-scale song. “Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika will also shoot a massive song in Mallorca! It will present the two in their never seen before avatars and it will be the biggest song that people have ever seen in terms of scale and mounting,” says the source.
