Shilpa Shetty talked about her first meeting with Raj Kundra, her husband.

Following Raj Kundra’s arrest in a pornography-related case, Shilpa Shetty and her husband have been all over the headlines. Shilpa had previously stated to a news outlet that she met Raj through a mutual acquaintance for a business arrangement. The actress stated that his grin, charisma, and demeanor had swooned her. Shilpa, on the other hand, expressed her disappointment after learning that he was married. At the time, the actress had no idea he was going through a divorce.

Shilpa went on to say that Raj had previously given her a place to stay at his bachelor pad because she was regularly coming to London. The actress went on to say that she was startled to learn about his bachelor apartment, and he subsequently announced that he is divorcing.

Shilpa spilled the beans on how Raj tried to court her, revealing that he used expensive bags to get her attention. She claimed that he surprised her by sending her three bags of the same style in three different colors. Raj, she claimed, was always dropping clues at her.

The actress also recalls telling him to stop since she didn’t want to jeopardize their relationship. According to her, she was never going to shift to London though she admitted that she was dying to get married at that time. Raj then purchased a home in Mumbai and relocated his business to London. The pair then chose to marry for the rest of their lives.

Raj Kundra has been remanded by the court in police custody till July 23.
