Sidharth Malhotra shows Capt Vikram Batra’s courage

Sidharth Malhotra released a new poster for his forthcoming film Shershaah today (July 21), which will premiere on Amazon Prime Video on August 12. Captain Vikram Batra, a hero of the Kargil War, is the subject of the film. The film, directed by Vishnu Vardhan, was originally set to hit theatres on July 2.

An over-the-shoulder image of Sidharth Malhotra, who is clad in Army uniform, is captured. “His ambition was the same as everyone else’s, but his tale is unlike anybody else’s,” he said in the description of the photo.

Sidharth Malhotra honored the bravery of Kargil War hero Captain Vikram Batra while releasing the new poster for Shershaah. On August 12, the film will be available on Amazon Prime Video. “It was his courage that took him to the battlefield & conquered every height he set his mind to,” Sidharth wrote on the poster.

Shershaah will be available on Amazon Prime Video on August 12th, according to the producers. A unique film featuring Sidharth Malhotra as Captain Vikram Batra was used to make the announcement. The footage of Captain Vikram Batra before he gave the ultimate sacrifice for the nation is also included in the film.

SHERSHAAH’S HISTORY
Shershaah is directed by Vishnu Varadhan and produced by Dharma Productions and Kaash Entertainment. Sidharth Malhotra plays the titular character in the film. Captain Vikram Batra was dubbed Shershaah by his unit’s members. Dimple Cheema, Batra’s girlfriend, will be played by Kiara Advani in the film. The film stars Shiv Pandit, Raj Arjun, Pranay Pachauri, Himanshu Ashok Malhotra, Nikitin Dheer, Anil Charanjeett, Sahil Vaid, Shataf Figar, and Pawan Chopra.

Apart from Sidharth Malhotra and Kiara Advani, there are a few more. Shiv Pandit, Raj Arjun, Pranay Pachauri, Himanshu Ashok Malhotra, Nikitin Dheer, Ankita Goraya, Anil Charanjeett, Sahil Vaid, Shataf Figar, and Pawan Chopra all play significant parts in the film.
