Velle is about individuals like you and me who, unavoidably, find themselves in the thick of life’s turmoil, only to discover that, in the end, everything fits together – everything makes sense.

Rishi is a writer/director who is describing a script to Rohini, who may or may not be the main character in his film. As he begins his story, we enter the world of Rahul, Riya, Rambo, and Raju, four pals who spend their days at school entertaining others with infantile antics.

These four “Vellas” are completely satisfied with each other’s company and couldn’t care less about the world around them until life confronts them.

Velle is about laughter, friendships, frenzy, and the unpredictability of life, with an intriguing screenplay narration on one end and four immature adolescents trying to repair a scheme gone wrong on the other.

Velle will be released in theatres on December 10, 2021.
