She’s at a fantastic spot in both her personal and professional lives. Malaika Arora, one of Hollywood’s fittest stars, frequently posts photographs of her amazing yoga regimen on her Instagram page. The actress has repeatedly discussed how yoga has improved her life in numerous ways. Malaika confessed in a recent interview that it took her a long time to rebuild her strength and resume working out after testing positive for COVID-19 last year.

“There were days when I couldn’t even bend down and touch my toes,” she admitted. I’d become upset because I couldn’t push myself. I didn’t give up, and I didn’t have an option but to go slowly. I wanted to get back to working out and running as soon as possible after my recuperation, but COVID-19 had such a negative impact on my knees. We may not realize it, yet this illness affects our entire body. I had to alter my strategy. I didn’t hurry into it and didn’t do anything foolish. I ate well and kept track of my nutrition, and here I am after six to eight months.”

In the last year, the actress claimed she worked hard on her relationships. “Everyone I know has been trying hard to keep their relationships healthy and balanced. I’ve made good use of this time by nurturing my connections. Yes, it’s challenging, and none of us has had the flexibility to travel around as much as we’d want or spend as much time with each other as we’d like. This phase, on the other hand, has provided us with the chance to better understand each other and cultivate the bond we have. This is something I cherish. My relationships are really important to me.”
