In July, Varun Dhawan and Kriti Sanon wrapped off the filming of Bhediya. The actors debuted the film’s first look on Thursday, November 25. Varun has a serious expression on his face, but his eyes, which are glowing yellow like a wolf’s, catch the eye. “#BHEDIYA A bit of myself #Bhediyafirstlook,” Varun posted beside the first look of Bhediya. “In theatres November 25th, 2022 (sic).”

Varun Dhawan posted a statement on the film and his experience after the shoot of Bhediya was completed. “It’s a wrap for team #Bhediya!” it read. What an incredible trip it’s been working with some incredible individuals and hooking up with Dino after Badlapur and the really gifted @amarkaushik. @kritisanon u ma boo and @nowitsabhi will miss our pre-scene discussions in the vehicle @paalinkabak surprising package thank u The film will be released in theatres on April 14th, 2022 (sic).”

Jio Studios and Vijan’s Maddock Films are producing Bhediya. Maddock Films has financed a third horror-comedy project. Stree and Roohi were previously financed by the producing firm.
