Vasan Bala spoke about the film at the time of the trailer’s release “I cannot wait for the audience to enter the universe of Monica O My Darling and become a part of this darkly humorous murder mystery. I can’t wait for the public to see what a fantastic job the cast has done, and it’s been an incredible pleasure working with Matchbox Shots, who have been outstanding. I also always look forward to cooperating with Netflix and developing innovative, binge-worthy content.”
