Neha Dhupia celebrates the 20th anniversary of her Miss India victory and laughs that she has gained a few dress sizes

Neha Dhupia commemorated the 20th anniversary of her Miss India victory with an emotional post on Monday. The model-turned-actor was honored at the most recent Miss India competition when she chose to wear the same outfit she wore in 2002. Neha recalled her path of courage and stated that she decided to represent “any little girl who dares to dream.”

In the photographs, Neha’s husband, actor Angad Bedi, and their two children, Mehr and Guriq, were also visible. It is also the first time that Neha has shown her daughter Mehr’s face on social media; the pair had previously made it a point to conceal their children’s identities online. Neha’s parents, Pradip Singh Dhupia and Manpinder Dhupia are seen congratulating her in one of the images.

The photo description by Neha Dhupia said, “20 years that passed in a flash… But if I close my eyes and reflect, I can only feel gratitude. I did not believe it would be feasible to wear this crown on stage again and experience one of my life’s most treasured moments with my most precious people. Twenty years later, I was taller, stronger, more knowledgeable, and a few dress sizes larger:)… I stood for every little girl who dares to dream and works hard to achieve it, for every daughter who wants nothing more than to make her parents proud, for every couple who bases their relationship on love and equality, and for every mother who wants to live her dream and wants nothing more than to have her children by her side as she does so. Occasionally in life, even if we don’t have a crown, we all have our radiance… #shineon… Adore Miss India 2002 -2022.”

Neha was a renowned model before she participated in Miss India 2002 competition. In the same year, she placed in the top 10 at the Miss Universe competition. Neha subsequently debuted in Bollywood with Qayamat (2003). There are many more of her films to be found on the list, such as Kyaa Kool Hai Hum and Chup Chup Ke as well as Ek Chalis Ki Last Local, Shootout at Lokhandwala, De Dana Dan as well as Hindi Medium as well as Tumhari Sulu as well as A Thursday.
