Malaika Arora has said that she now has to be persuaded to ride in a vehicle and fasten her safety belt even when she is in the rear seat.

Last month, Malaika Arora was in a vehicle accident on her route from Pune to Mumbai. The dancer and fitness fanatic still has a scar on her forehead from what occurred that night, which she says reminds her of what happened that night. She was seen for the first time since the accident during Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt’s wedding reception. She has now admitted that she required “some cajoling” to go out of the house and sit in a vehicle. Malaika attended Ranbir and Alia’s wedding reception with boyfriend Arjun Kapoor. She was dressed in a tiny pink outfit, while Arjun was dressed in a black costume.

When asked about the aftermath of the tragedy, Malaika told the Bombay Times, “I feel fully fit physically, but my mental condition is still delicate.” There is apprehension, concern, and anxiety. It takes a lot of persuasions to get me out of here, anyplace. I had to be persuaded to attend Ranbir and Alia’s wedding reception. More than being in the automobile, seeing so many people in the vicinity of the car knocked me off guard. I now put on my seatbelt as soon as I get into a vehicle, even if I’m in the rear seat.”

Malaika also described what was going through her thoughts immediately after the event. “I was praying for two things,” she said. I didn’t want to die that night, and I certainly didn’t want to lose my sight. I’m informed that when the accident occurred, I was continually begging for my mother and my kid Arhaan. I was murmuring something about returning to set.”

She stated she didn’t realize the degree of her damage at first since she was in shock and couldn’t see properly because shards of glass had gotten into her eyes.

Malaika is already back to her usual routine. She recently walked the runway in a crimson lehenga during fashion week and continues to offer peeks of her glamorous ensembles on Instagram.
