Today, December 15, the Baliye Re song from Shahid Kapoor’s next film Jersey was released. Mrunal Thakur also appears in the film, which is directed by Gowtam Tinnanuri. Shahid can be seen romancing Mrunal in the song Baliye Re.

The teaser for Jersey featured Shahid Kapoor’s father pursuing a long-forgotten ambition for his son. Baliye Re, the film’s most recent tune, depicts the cricketer’s early years. In the song, Shahid and Mrunal are shown enjoying the best of their teenage relationship. Sachet-Parampara wrote Baliye Re, which was sung by the pair and Stebin Ben. Shellee wrote the words for the song.

Sharing the song with his fans on Instagram, Shahid wrote, “This one wants to make me move. Super groovy Presenting the next song of our film #BaliyeRe #Jersey, in theatres 31st December 2021 (sic)!”
