Indian Police Force Teaser: Rohit Shetty’s police universe gets digital, Sidharth Malhotra plays the lead

Sidharth Malhotra takes on the role of a policeman in Rohit Shetty’s cop-universe thriller. The film will be the director’s first foray into the realm of OTT. It is a cop-themed web series that will debut on Amazon Prime Video. Sidharth Malhotra remarked on Twitter after releasing the trailer for the web series, “When @itsrohitshetty sir says Action, you know he truly means it! I’m ecstatic to be entering the police realm with the action king himself!

The trailer shows Rohit holding a bullet-loaded rifle and Sidharth making a spectacular entrance as a policeman. The show’s title is Indian Police Force.
The trailer shows Rohit Shetty and his colleagues put up the programme. On the set, Rohit was spotted testing the automobile and weaponry. Even the director fires from one of the weapons. Later, Sidharth Malhotra is seen strolling in slow motion as a bomb explodes.

There isn’t much information about the series yet, save that Sidharth’s character name in the programme is Kabir Malik, and this time, the attention will be on Delhi Police, as opposed to his previous flicks, which focused on Mumbai Police.

Pinkvilla reported a source earlier in November as stating, “Sid and Rohit have been discussing a possible partnership for a time now, and things have finally come into place with this online programme.” It will premiere next year and will be directed by Sushwanth Prakash, a newcomer. Even though it is a police show, the tone and presentation are significantly different from what the public has seen in the digital world.”

Aside from that, Sidharth has numerous projects in the works, including Mission Majnu with Pushpa star Rashmika Mandanna, Yodha with Disha Patani, and Thank God with Ajay Devgn and Rakul Preet Singh.
